GraveDigger Genealogy Research & Display Forms

Although computers are great, sometimes you'll find yourself wishing for a quick and handy form you can fill out while you are researching or on the go.

When we realized that our laptop was getting fairly difficult to transport and fire up while we were on the road, Mick and I came up with a very cool solution -- we designed our own genealoty forms!

You can use a good old fashioned typewriter, or fill them out by hand -- either way, you'll find them a great addition to your genealogy arsenal!

We call our series:  Fast Facts and designed them to take with us when we are on the go.  We also use them as finished research pieces to include in our notebooks.

Toally Free Forms For You to Use!

Want to gather information on a single person?  Try our GraveDiggers To Do form.  We even list hints for you to use on the left hand side.

Have several things you want to accomplish?  Then try our GraveDiggers Multiple Tasks To Do form.

Here's a great form for displaying obits or news articles.  This is our Newspaper Record Sheet where you can put all our info on one page -- really makes a nice display, or use for research until you can create a scrapbook or other page to suit your needs.

Graveyard Sleuthing?  Try our very own, totally unique Cemetery Record Sheet.    We have a front page.  And for more information we've added a back page as well

You'll find our Road Trip form super handy, too!

And Don't Forget our Fast Facts sheet that you can use while visiting libraries, historical societies, or searching on-line!

But, that's not all.  Trying to map things out in your head?  Try our Fast Facts Family Mystery Sheet!

We've added four new forms for 2011 to help you build your own notebook with ease!

*Short Document Sheet -- for items such as funeral cards, membership cards, or event programs.

*Large Document Sheet -- horizontal placement for those larger documents such as honorary certificates, awards, achievements, or death certificates from some states.

*Death Certificate Sheet -- place a reduced copy on this page, or if your state's document fits it is a perfect record backdrop for your notebook.

*Photo Record Sheet -- have a one-of-a-kind photo you don't want to lose, or perhaps you don't want to write on the back of the photo.  Use this handy sheet to keep the photo and data organized.
